Join Chef Rob Elliott of Bit of Swiss Bakery for a great hands-on experience! This class is a
three-part series that will break down various decorating techniques and show
you how fun and easy cake decorating can be! Week 1 will include basic
techniques, from icing prep and simple borders to roses. Week 2 will cover
more borders and flowers. Learn five different flowers, including pansies,
mums and daisies. Also, learn basket weave. Our series will conclude with
Week 3 covering beginning fondant work. Cost of class includes a Wilton Cake
Decorating Kit for Beginners and all tools/supplies. Class limited to 12, so
